The Fountains at ChampionsGate is located in Davenport and minutes from Florida's top golf courses, including the ChampionsGate Golf Resort, the National and the International golf courses. In addition, Disney World is 15 minutes away. This home has something for the whole family! And unlike many other homes in the surrounding community, this home has NO RESORT FEES.

For your peace of mind, we follow guidelines for disinfection laid out by the CDC as follows:

- Disinfect kitchen and bathroom.

- Sanitize dishes & flatware in the dishwasher.

- Disinfect "high touch" points, including light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances.

This spacious and beautifully decorated townhome is perfect for small groups or families. Spread out in the roomy living/dining area and enjoy the conservation view from the private patio. The master suite features a king bed with a walk-in shower and waterfall shower head. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. Canceled bookings 4 weeks before checking in will be 100% refunded, less than 4 weeks before checking in will receive a credit for any future date, you will not lose your money; you can also give this as a gift to a friend or family member.

No Resort Fees. Discounts are available for longer stays. Price also includes all processing fees. No booking fees. 20% deposit to secure the reservation. 80% Balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Nightly rates quoted EXCLUDING tax.
