Who knew when we bought our first home in 2005 that it would lead us down the path of a new business venture?
We certainly had no idea, but we've now been welcoming guests to our beautiful Orlando vacation homes for over a decade and we love every minute. Imagine having a job where you help plan exciting and amazing vacations and get to deal with happy guests all the time! It doesn’t get much better! We spent 28 years living on an idyllic Greek Island where we owned and ran our own restaurant in a busy coastal resort. Time eventually caught up with us and we left our beautiful Greek Island with a lifetime of memories. We now split our time between Florida and our ancestral home in Scotland. We spend half the year overlooking a beautiful Scottish Loch with and the other half on Disney’s doorstep in Florida. Who says you can’t have your Key Lime Pie and eat it too. And with Pixie Dust sprinkled on top :) We have 3 vacation homes so we have something to suit couples and small families and larger groups or multi-generation families. We are located in the Formosa Gardens area in Kissimmee - just 4 miles door to door from Disney's Animal Kingdom. The rest of the Disney parks are just minutes further.
Universal Orlando is 25 minutes away and the rest of the endless Orlando attractions are all within easy reach.
Locally we have an amazing choice of restaurants within a couple of minute's drive of the house.
There are grocery stores close by too and lots of activities.
Indian Creek is a family-friendly resort with tennis courts, multi-game court, two children's playgrounds, outdoor fitness park, jogging and walking trails and a practice putting area.

We strongly advise guests to take travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen cancellations or disruptions.
The house is suitable for limited mobility - all one level but there is a step into the house and a step out to the pool area.
Pool heat is recommended October to May - we have a gas heating system that guarantees toasty warm water and we heat the pool to 88/89 degrees. The hot tub is heated to 104 degrees.
Winter Pool Heat is Not Included in Daily Rates. It is recommended from October to May. $38 per day including hot tub heat. We heat the pool to 88/89 degrees.

A splendid home in a perfect location
This home is a gem. Very well appointed and lovely decor. It is very comfortable, yet has an air of sophistication. The backyard is great: as with the entire home, there is plenty of comfy seating. The bedrooms are spacious and all have a great sense of decor prowess. The location is also wonderful. Stores and restaurants very close by and all the main attractions of the Orlando area are just a short drive away. I highly recommend this home and the owners are peaches. 10+ rating!

Super House
Super house, very pleasant to live and very well located. This home is very friendly and everything is greatly organized inside. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are great to enjoy and more easily than in hotels. The kids love and have fun. Still, thank you to Sarah for being available to help us plan and tips. Thank you so much for letting us stay here, we will definitely come back to your very nice home.

The home was absolutely amazing!! The welcome basket was such a nice touch and the home is comfortable, spacious and has everything you could possibly need! Our family loved the game room and spent quite a bit of time in there playing pool, air hockey and video games during our downtime. We happened to be there during a cooler than normal week, but with the pool being 88-89 degrees and the hot tub we were able to use the outdoor space all week!! Sarah is an absolute delight to deal with and even checked in with me mid-week when she noticed the cooler evening temperatures to make sure we were warm enough. We will DEFINITELY be back!!
