Why do you have to stay close to the crowded areas while you get this jewel in the heart of Daytona?
We will arrange your check-in contact and give you a tour of the building and the unit upon arrival. We are local, living only a few miles from the building on the beach ourselves. We have our own maintenance staff, so just call us if anything is needed during your stay.
Ocean Vistas is located on the beach 1.5 miles south of the Main Street Pier and only 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, putting you close to all the action and far enough away to retreat to the serenity of the surf.
At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations oldest city Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

Reservation payments are not refundable unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same rate and time period. We do make an exception if the resort is closed for your stay. If applicable, refunds are issued minus a $200 cancellation fee or 4 percent of the amount refunded, whichever is greater. Should there be a building closure, in addition to the refund provisions above, we will offer to credit 100% of payments made to a future stay. This is our only Pet-Friendly building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends please have an updated copy of your pets vet records showing all immunizations and shots are current. The concierge will require a copy to receive your parking pass. No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit.
Please note size limitations & NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS are permitted.
In addition to rates shown, there is a refundable damage deposit of $300 or $500 if bringing a pet.

Spring Break vacation with the grandkids
I will start with saying that Ocean Vistas unit 1101 is probably the nicest accommodations we have ever had for a family beach trip. My goal was to find a place that myself, husband, kids, spouses, grandkids and my mother could enjoy and be able to be together for the week. This unit did that and more. It is everything you see in the online pictures and the complex itself is so secure and nice. Our every need was met. The kitchen is awesome and the bedrooms are very very comfortable. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. I could not have asked for more. We love the Daytona Beach Shores area and will definitely be back in the future and hope to be able to stay in this unit again with the family. It’s that good!

Beautiful Oasis
This was a wonderful retreat for our family to end our summer making special memories and relaxing in the beautiful oasis. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, designer furnishings and decorations. I can still hear the ocean waves from the balcony which was so relaxing. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for something to enjoy and remember.

The condo is the CROWN PENTHOUSE
Ocean Vistas 1101 is the best Penthouse I have rented in Daytona! We live 1.5 hours away so we are in Daytona often. This penthouse is by far the most accommodating ever! My hubby had knee surgery and we came during a week of questionable weather so he had to stay inside. HAHA, The 3 balconies on each end of the penthouse allowed us to enjoy the views without the rain and breeze. The amenities are A+. We had friends join us and there are TWO assigned parking places. When we got out of our car, the elevator went to the door of our penthouse. You know what was sad......it was only a hope to rent 2 weeks next visit.

Luxurious Beachfront Vacation
This is my third year renting from Carmen and Dennis. The rental is affordable, luxurious, and safe. It has more amenities than most rental units. The property itself is amazing. The views are incredible. Very safe and secure place to stay. On the ocean...close enough to grocery stores, dining, but yet not too close that you feel like you aren't on vacation. They supply all the basics and so much more to relax, make yourself at home and enjoy your time away. The kitchen is well stocked to make meals, laundry room in unit, plenty of towels, as well as beach supplies. You have a pool, hot tub, fitness room, game/gathering area on site. Close to the airport, nice drive to St. Augustine and the Ponce Inlet as well. I enjoy each visit to Florida as I live in Pennsylvania. This just makes me feel even more blessed that they open their rental units to us to stay in. Plenty of space to accommodate friends and relatives for great entertaining. The rooms are decorated tastefully. The furniture is comfortable and plenty of space to sleep. The patios are a huge plus as you can sit outside and watch the ocean, the bay, grill food, relax and enjoy life. I highly recommend these amazing units for renting on your dream vacation. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again for the trip of a lifetime and opening up your ocean condos for our vacation enjoyment....I will be back again!
