Welcome to our Miramar Beach house rental. Step in the property only to be greeted with an open floor plan. Sophisticatedly decorated, this highly sought-after vacation rental in the heart of Miramar Beach is power-packed with upscale amenities.

The two-storey property is well-managed and stylishly bedecked to please modern vacationers.

The first floor brags off an authentic French Country kitchen, spacious living room, and dining zone with plenty of attention to detail.

The second floor features two spacious Master Bedrooms with comfortable king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and quick access to the deck overlooking the beautiful pool area.

The deck area is the ultimate fun area where guests prefer to relax, swim, sunbath, etc.

Each room including the living area is well-lit and gives a positive vibe. The bedrooms and the family area have recently been refurbished with flat screen HD TVs.

In total, the beach house is blended with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The total number of guests that it can accommodate is 16. This is quite a staggering number ideal for a large group get-together, family reunion, and parties.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. The deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in. Also, cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant refund of any rental and tax money sent, as well as some other “odd, natural occurrence” or “Act of God” happens that might interrupt your vacation plans. If a Mandatory Evacuation order is given due to a possible hurricane, refunds will only be given by your Travel Protection policy/agent, but you must have purchased coverage before the storm was identified and/or named (check the internet for travel protection agencies).

We strongly recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, not only from hurricanes but other problems that may affect your vacation plans. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE COVERAGE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

WRITTEN NOTICE, SENT BY USPS, REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION AND MUST BE POSTMARKED BEFORE THE 30 DAYMARK.

Additional Policy

In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of the request. There is also a $500 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within 3 days after check out).

We accept Personal Checks (up to 30 days before check-in) Cashiers Check, Travelers Check, Money Order, Credit Cards Accepted Through PayPal (3% fee)

Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day. If the balance has not been paid by the 30 day period then the reservation will be considered cancelled, the home will be re-rented and all prior monies paid will be forfeited.

All rental rates reflect 12 persons or less as stated on the confirmation. It will be considered a breach of contract if extra or unpaid for guests are found on the property. Obtaining lodging with intent to defraud, (Any person who obtains food, lodging, or other accommodations having a value of less than $300 at any public food service establishment, or at any transient establishment, with intent to defraud the operator thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, if such food, lodging, or other accommodations have a value of $300 or more, such person is guilty of a felony of the third degree. http://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2011/509.151

Immediate eviction can be expected of total group and all money paid will be forfeited. If a breach of contract occurs and eviction is the result, the NIGHTLY rate will be applied……or depending on the “issue”, the entire amount of money paid may be forfeited.

A damage deposit of $500 is required. If no damages are incurred and HOME IS LEFT IN THE ORDER IT WAS FOUND (with the exception of normal cleaning requirements and linens), and there have been no other violations of the rental policy then damage deposit will be mailed back 3-5 days after check-out.

NOTE: If expenses are incurred to repair damages, replace missing items, pay for extra cleaning or any other violation of rental policy as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply any money sent to offset expenses. Renters must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home.

 

Sheets and towels are provided, however, we do not supply BEACH towels. Initial bath soaps, toilet paper and trash liners(1 per basket) are provided UPON ARRIVAL ONLY.

If any mattresses have been stained, the new replacement cost will be deducted from the damage deposit.

If lock-box on pool heater or locked owner’s closets are tampered with, a loss of full damage deposit will result.

Trash bins must be pulled to the curb on trash days and brought back no later than the evening of the same day.

Owner is, by Florida law, allowed to enter the home at any time if he/she suspects any actions that might breach this contract. Owner may also enter home to check A/C filters and for any other reason necessary to maintain, security and comfort of tenant.

PRIVATE POOL IS TO BE USED BY REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY!

NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN BEACH HOUSE. IF SMOKING OR PRESENCE OF PETS IS REALIZED, LOSS OF FULL DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL RESULT.

WE SUGGEST THAT ALL MEMBERS OF GROUP RENTING & STAYING IN THE HOME READ THIS RESERVATION INFORMATION SHEET SO ALL DO INDEED UNDERSTAND THE RULES OF THIS POLICY.

EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.

    My family had an awesome time. I have already recommended it to other friends. It is exactly what we were looking for. Close to shopping, lounging and activities. Will be glad to come back when I return to this area.

    Amazing Oasis, with a Fantastic Location

    The location and beach access are great. It is the least crowded area of the beach on the entire street because there are not any mega condos sharing the access. The private pool is amazing with a nice covered area it sit under. The layout of both houses work really well for large families or multiple families traveling together. Everything is very homey feeling, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds were all very comfortable. We had such an incredible week, thank you Scott and Linda. I almost hate to give such a glowing review with fear it may be completely booked next year.

    Great location wonderful set up

    The location and accommodations were perfect for our group of 16. Having 2 separate units on one property and the pool between us gave everyone in our group their own space. The walk to the beach was very easy for all in our group. Scott was very helpful when we had questions about the area and activities. The houses and yard area are very well kept, and located at the end of the road which is a dead end allowed much privacy. Highly recommend this unit.

    Awesome, Great Location

    My Hat off to Scott and Linda. The houses were AWESOME. GREAT location. Close walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Wonderful place for a Family Reunion. We had 15 people and had plenty of room. Loved the pool. Nice to come back from the beach and enjoy the private pool. Would highly recommend. This was our first time to Destin and had a Fabulous Time. Scott and Linda are very nice to rent from. The houses were clean and well maintained. Will absolutely rent from them again.. Thanks again to Scott and Linda.

    Perfect Location and wonderful Owners

    We totally enjoyed ourselves and so did our young son and our teenagers! The house wasn’t so fantasy that we were afraid to touch anything this especially important with little ones and teenagers. Scott and Linda were the perfect Owners always making sure we had everything we needed including jumper cables that we needed on the day we left, thank goodness:) They set us up with people to rent golf carts from who were as wonderful as they were. The pool was kept a clean as glass, and our family that stayed in the carriage also had plenty of room and were very pleased. We had golf carts to take to the beach but the house was the perfect distance for walking to the beach and being at the end of the street really cut down on traffic. I would highly recommend this house. Thank you, Scott and Linda, for everything.
