About Property

When we say the property has everything for a modern family to have a perfect vacation, we literally mean everything. Our townhouse boasts everything – from the cozy bedrooms to the fully-equipped living area, from the intriguing game room to the state-of-the-art kitchen - that you would need on your next vacation in Anna Maria Island, on Bradenton Beach.

We have a pool that is private, heated, and saltwater. The temperature can be customized (you can set it up to 84 degrees).

There are towels and beddings for you. Let us know if you need anything else.

Make the most of the modern kitchen and come up with something unique dish. The kitchen is power-packed with dishes, cookware, etc. Next to the kitchen is the dining area. It can afford 12 people (inside) and 8 people (outside).

We have got plenty of parking spaces (for 4-5 cars).

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the property comfortably sleeps 10 people.

CANCELLATION – Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.

Additional Policy

POLICIES – APPLY TO TENANT AND TENANT'S GUESTS

  1. GARAGE – No vehicles of any kind may be stored in the garage.
  2. PETS - No Pets allowed on premises unless TENANT receives prior written approval
    from the OWNER in advance of stay. If permitted, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of
    $350.00.
  3. SMOKING - No Smoking permitted in Home, verandas, garage, and/or grounds.
  4. WINDOWS and DOORS - TENANT shall keep all windows and doors closed when
    using air conditioner or heater.
  5. INDOOR FURNITURE – TENANT shall not rearrange indoor furniture, or place indoor
    furniture outdoors, and shall keep all indoor pillows and cushions indoors at all times.
  6. BEACH SAND - TENANT and TENANT's guests shall rinse sand off their body,
    clothing and feet before entering the home, and shall rinse beach equipment before
    placing it in the garage. Showers and hoses are located in the carports at the rear of Units A
    and B.
  7. (a) TRASH PICKUP MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS – ALL TRASH MUST BE IN
    SEALED PLASTIC TRASH BAGS and placed in the green bin (NO LOOSE TRASH IN
    BIN). Place bin out front at the curb on the north side of the home with the handle facing
    the street before 7 am on Monday and Thursday. Pizza boxes to be placed in a sealed
    plastic bag.
  8. (b) RECYCLING PICKUP ON THURSDAYS ONLY - ALL METAL, GLASS AND
    PLASTIC CONTAINERS ARE TO BE RINSED BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN BLUE
    BIN. Place bin out front at the curb on the north side of the home with the handle
    facing the street before 7 am on Thursday.
  9. WHEN AWAY FROM THE HOME – Air conditioner shall be set to 78°. All doors and
    windows shall be closed and locked. All fans and lights (except one light on each floor)
    shall be turned off.
  10. PATIO DOORS and WINDOWS – Shall be kept closed when the air conditioner is in use.
  11. SLIDING SCREEN DOORS – Shall be engaged when Patio Doors are open.
  12. OUTDOOR LIGHT AND FANS – Exterior LIGHTS AND FANS (including entry door
    lights) shall be turned off when outside verandas and entryways are not in use.
    VIOLATION OF PARAGRAPHS 1 THROUGH 12 MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF
    SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A $50 CHARGE PER VIOLATION.

This home is suitable for families, friends, and couples. We have had 5 newlyweds stay here as well as couples of all ages; they loved it and didn't think it too big for them.

    5-Star Vacation!

    ur family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this Avenue C property. There was plenty of space for togetherness as well as space for quiet reflection and privacy. Its proximity to the beach was wonderful for watching the sunsets, building sand castles, and, as we are from Illinois, soaking up some much-needed sunshine and warmth. The pool was the perfect size for our young children to practice their swimming skills and a blessing from the chillier waters of the ocean. The kitchen was very well appointed with all necessities and appliances.

    Wonderful! Couldn't find a better home! Great Vacation!

    My friends and I came to Anna Maria Island to get some much-needed rest and relaxation and Jen and Joe’s rental was the perfect place. The location is awesome, as it is a very short walk from the beach and in close proximity to stores and restaurants. But who needs the beach when you can enjoy a private saltwater pool! This house had absolutely everything! The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and dish you need. The house was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and the elevator made bringing groceries and luggage inside a breeze, although we didn’t have worry about hauling our luggage as Joe so graciously assisted us! Jen and Joe thought of everything you need while on a beach vacation. The garage was filled with beach chairs, beach toys, wagons to transport your items back and forth from the beach, and even a ping pong table! They also provided board games for those of us who wanted to just vegetate. For people with kids, they even provide a highchair and a pack and play! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely visit again! Jen and Joe were awesome hosts. We loved their rental home and their hospitality!
