New exterior stairs from street level to beach level deck. New outdoor rain shower with hot/cold water
November 2020 remodel: Completely new kitchen. New master bedroom furniture. New porch swings. New master bath vanity and mirrors. New closet doors. Appliances include oven with "air fry" mode.
September 2020 remodel: Interior completely repainted. New flooring on 2nd Floor. New privacy screens on balconies. New washer/dryer. 2 New bunk beds. New barstools and table on main deck. New barstools on lower deck.
May 2020 remodel: New utensils, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, small appliances. All new dining chairs and barstools. All new interior doors. New master bedding. All new towels and linens. New decor. New powder bath vanity.

Recent updates (before May 2020): All bathrooms recently redone. New flooring on 1st and 3rd floors.

1st floor (lower, family level): 2 Queen rooms one with NEW twin over full bunkbed and the other queen bed only with sitting area. Also, has connecting bath with walk-in shower (recently redone). Beachfront balcony with new porch swing and new privacy screens.

2nd floor (living level): New Kitchen, dining with seating for 14, living room and powder bath (recently redone) and all NEW FLOORING. Beachfront balcony with new privacy screens, barstools with table and a gas grill.

Third floor (upper, master level): King bedded room with all new furniture, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower (recently redone), new vanity and fishy mirrors. Sun/sitting room overlooking the beach. enjoy a sweeping beach view in the A/C with a sitting area that includes a TV.

Third floor: Second Queen bedded room with all new furniture with hall bath with tub/shower (recently redone)

Beach level: New apartment. New living room with big screen TV, bedroom with twin over full bunk and new bathroom with deluxe vanity and walk in shower. Walk directly out to 20X20 deck with new porch swing, new outside rain shower with hot water, and out to private beach.

Beach Access: access via interior stairs from Living area and Lower, family level to the beach level apartment and out to the beach.

Great townhouse with Amazing owners

"We stayed at the townhouse during our week of fall break. This is our third different trip staying in the Sanddollar community. Without doubt the absolute nicest unit we have ever stayed. Being an end unit there was ample parking and our beach access was perfect.The location is perfect. Everything is perfectly updated and decorated superbly. Mike and Carol definitely have a hidden gem with this townhome. We plan on being repeat guest for a very long time"
