Watch the famous AMI sunrise and sunset on our amazing rooftop deck accessible by a straight staircase (no spirals here)! Guests rave about our elevator! It can be used to haul all of your luggage and groceries to the second and third floors. The elevator also assists our guests who have a difficult time with stairs to get to where they want to be - with their family and friends. Using the handy kitchen cart it is also a great way to get all your food and beverages poolside!

Or, take a short walk to the white sand beaches, lounge in our private heated pool/spa, and enjoy a family BBQ. Take advantage of the free Island Trolley service (stop is a short walk) to explore the Island including the Historic Bridge Street with its many restaurants and quaint shops. Or you can grab a trolley in the other direction to the popular Pine Street area.

Guests can spend quality time in the spacious and open concept living room/dining room/kitchen and enjoy a movie night on the 55' HD SMART TV with cable tv included. Dine out or have the option of making a delicious homemade meal with the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, including professional-grade cooktop, double stove, wine-beverage fridge, water pot filler, under counter microwave...

Open Concept Living, Kitchen, Dining Area, and Loft:

The main living area is a large open-plan space with high ceilings and beautiful tile flooring throughout the house. The coastal furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the warm breeze coming through wide balcony doors while providing access to big usable balconies on both ends of the home. There are also two private balconies on the third floor (total 4 balconies).

The bright and airy open-plan kitchen is located on the main living level along with the dining area and living room for entertaining and family gatherings. At one of the kitchen is a large round table with seating for 8 to 12! The massive quartz island has five kitchen stools and is sure to be the center of your group's gathering.

The gourmet kitchen features top-quality appliances, professional-grade cooktop, double ovens, and a double door refrigerator with icemaker. The oversized sink, dishwasher, and stovetop water pot filler help making cooking and clean up easy. Near the dining table is an additional under-counter wine/beverage refrigerator so that cold drinks will always be handy.

The fully-stocked kitchen includes supplies such as pots, baking pans, cutlery, ceramics, glasses, and quality knives to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. We also provide small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixers, griddle, and BIG pots for those big family meals. A high-efficiency washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are provided on the main floor for your convenience.

Ground Floor near the pool:

The ground floor provides an indoor great room near the pool with seating, a 48" TV with DVD/Blu Ray player, video game console, board games, etc... this could be your preferred inside/outside room!

This home is meant to be a very special vacation home, not a mini motel with only bedrooms, as we bring our friends and family 3-5 times a year for our vacations.

We provide free unlimited long distance phone service within the US and Canada as well as Wi-Fi internet access.

Rooms, Bathrooms, & Sleeping Arrangements:

5 Bedrooms – Sleeps 12 comfortably, all bedrooms feature luxurious linen and bed covers, all rooms have spacious closets.

• 1 bdrm 2 Bunk Beds Sets (Sleeps 4)

The first spacious king-sized bed master suite (top floor) features a private balcony with seating, a private luxurious bathroom that offers a soaking tub, a standing rain shower and two separate sinks. This room also has a flat-screen TV in with HD cable.

The second, king-sized bed master bedroom (top floor) features a high ceiling, a private luxurious bathroom that offers walk-in rain shower, sink and make up vanity. This room also has a flat-screen TV with HD.

The third king bedroom (located on the 2nd/main floor) features a king-size bed, private luxurious bathroom with rain shower and double sinks, Flat Screen TV and a small seating area.

The fourth bedroom features 2 double bunk beds (top floor), a private sink, and a bathtub/shower. Flat Screen TV.

The fifth bedroom features 2 twin beds and a private sink and shower (second floor). Flat Screen TV.

All five bathrooms are finished with luxurious quartz countertops, high-end tiles, and top of line Moen faucets, and sinks.

Outside and Heated Pool/Spa:

The star of the outdoor area is the nicely sized heated pool with tropical landscaping. The pool has a shallow end which is perfect for the little ones, as well as a seating area in pool to interact with people in the spa. The epi wood deck is easy on your feet and doesn't overheat like some tile patios. The balcony from the kitchen/family room overlooks the pool area so grandparents can watch from above if they wish! The pool is simply amazing - see pictures :)

If needed (usually October to April), the pool is heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit and the spa can be heated on your request to 102 degrees. Pool heaters will not operate and automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold to protect equipment from breaking ( usually below 55F). While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool.

You can enjoy the great Lanai on the pool level, with a covered outdoor area with a dining table, lounge chairs, Weber gas grill, and overhead fans. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand from the beach.

The home has a two-car garage where you will find many things to make your stay more enjoyable such as a ping pong table, 2 beach wagons, cooler, pool and beach toys, 6 beach chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas…

We also provide items for families with smaller children such as 2 pack and plays, 2 high chairs, 2 booster seats, 2 umbrella strollers, and a safety gate.

This property is under new ownership in 8/2019. The buyer is has purchased all contents and furniture and maintaining the same vendors and local house manager. Every effort will be made to ensure the same guest experience.
