Rum Cove is a beautiful property on Anna Maria Island.

Our family members, all 11 of us, enjoyed a fun-filled experience at Rum Cove. We came from 3 different states, and the first family to arrive sent a text "OMG this place is insane. This is by far the nicest and coolest place I’ve ever stayed in." The home is fantastic for all ages with 5 bedrooms with king size beds - Tempur-Pedic mattresses for sleeping comfort and a bathroom for each bedroom. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the waterfall pool, hot tub, and kiddie wading area. We chose the golf cart to travel to the beautiful sandy beach, and the kids used the kayaks to paddle out to the gulf. Thanks to all of the staff (who greeted the first arrivers) for providing a wonderful vacation site. We'd love to return again!

Fantastic rental!!

Rum Cove is a wonderful vacation rental; Rick, Lyn, Dan, & Goose go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed! The house is immaculately maintained and cared for! Not to mention, the amenities are top notch; our family really enjoyed biking, kayaking, and having the golf cart. The location is perfect; the gulf, bay, and shops on Pine Ave are all a short walk from the house! Our family will definitely be back in the future and we highly recommend renting any property owned by Rick and Lyn!

Run Cove was perfect!

My husband and I had a small wedding at Rum Cove and we wouldn’t change a thing. We had a full house with all the beds occupied, but it never felt crowded. The house had everything we could think of and more. Everyone on staff was really helpful and they went above and beyond to help us out. Hopefully, we will be able to come back sometime soon!

An amazing family vacation despite the red tide!!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We all had a fabulous time! We were initially disappointed about finding out about the red tide situation, but we made the best of it, as we always do. Your home offered so many things to do....shuffleboard (the kids loved having competitions), bicycles, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf cart rides, fishing , the pool, which was absolutely amazing and refreshing, the fire pit, the spacious rooms, all with king size beds, laundry accommodations, and everything that we could ever need for cooking or entertaining. , The kids (all young adults with 1 grandchild) caught a starfish, a sea urchin, lizards, some crabs, and tons of fish....thank you, Dan, for bringing the fishing poles!!! We even saw manatees from the back dock. We will definitely be back in the future....our only request would be that you inform us next time prior to our trip, if there is a concern of the ocean/beach since we all really wanted to swim in the ocean and we were unable to.

Amazing property!

The decor is very cool and the amenities are awesome! There’s so much to do without leaving this home—swimming in the gorgeous multi-level screened-in pool, kayaking and paddle boarding as well as fishing from the dock, 3-hole mini golf, and indoor shuffleboard. The home is very well stocked with kitchen items, paper towel, toilet paper, and even plenty of beach towels. Also, multiple ovens and fridges are great. Having access to a golf cart for travel to the nearby beach is very nice. A word of warning, though—only park it parallel to the street or you will get a ticket, which we found out the hard way. Your family won’t be disappointed in this property, and the owner and caretakers are wonderful to work with. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a way to cover the windows in the door of the den so it could be used better as a sleeping place. Adding some shutters to close off the upstairs den would also be great. Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation here!
