Look no further...this is the perfect home??

If you are looking for the perfect home to stay in...this is the place! Sarah and Ken are amazing home owners and they went out of their way to make our vacation to Disney and Florida awesome. You may be tempted to look at other places, but I can honestly share their home is the place for you. My family and I enjoyed every minute and could have stayed for a few more days just to relax. The kids loved the Harry Potter room, my parents enjoyed their room and we enjoyed our room as well. The kitchen, enclosed porch, and family room make it the perfect. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Great location for Disney and Universal

We loved the house and the easy access to the Disney parks. Made it very manageable to get to the parks early and then head back to the house for late lunch and a little break before going back for the evening. The house was stocked with plenty of supplies to get you started.

Love it!

The house is well organized and clean. We found everything we were looking for in a place in Sara and Ken's house. The view is awesome, the balcony and the decoration. If you are a big fan of Netflix like me, they have such huge full HD T.V.s that you can really enjoy watching. Sara was super nice and get back to us whenever we needed. Highly recommend the place!!

Great house!

Had one of the best times in this house! So clean and nice. The lake view in the yard was one of the best views. Sarah and Ken are so nice, and Sarah got back to me right away when I had questions. Me and my boys enjoyed staying there so much, that we didn’t wanna leave. Sarah had a very nice care package for when we arrived. The only thing that I think the house needs is blinds on the sliding door to the back patio. Can be a little eerie at night. LOL. This house is definitely our top chioce for future visits! More than we expected!

Ken and Sarah have thought of everything! Our stay was perfect. We left a part of our hearts there! Lots of memories were made, and we cannot wait to come back and make some more ASAP. Thank you for a wonderfully fun and relaxing stay, Ken and Sarah!

Perfect

Everything exactly as described, all (and more) you need when travelling with family. Absolutely recommended and worth each dollar.

It's all in the details!

I have to be honest, I had a bit of a hard time convincing my family that the amount of money was worth it because upon entering the subdivision we saw that all the homes were doublewide trailers. Not what we expected at all. But upon entering the house it was exactly as the pictures describe it. Sarah really thought of everything! Her attention to detail is what makes this house an amazing stay. After a great nights rest - all in doubt agreed. The house is super clean and since I was sick during our vacation, I really loved all the naps I took on the comfy beds and read some wonderful books on the history of Disney. My husband, a kid at heart, enjoyed playing games in the Harry Potter room. Sarah even made sure we had essentials for breakfast such as bread, milk, coffee and a sweet birthday card surprise for my dad. She was super attentive to anything we needed and was really concerned that we had all we needed. My husband went fishing every day and I enjoyed walking by the lake and seeing all the fruit trees. My parents enjoyed the back porch and the view of the lake. Overall this place was perfect. I made a believer of doubters!

Beautiful house inside, and all amenities included

Owners made sure everything you might need was included. House was very clean and well decorated. Included was a care package with milk, bread, popcorn, soda, cookies, etc. owners are also very responsive and constantly trying to make sure you have everything you need.

Beautiful house

Probably the nicest decorated and a well-stocked house we have ever booked. Everything completely brand new and gorgeous, the view of the lake in the morning and at sunset is beautiful. Sarah and Ken left a welcome basket with coffee, soda, milk, bread and snacks which was very thoughtful. The house is centrally located and close to everything. Would definitely come back.

An amazing Property

We had such an amazing stay! Sarah and Ken were so helpful in planning our trip and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home. Their home is incredibly clean and very well decorated. The property is in a great and well-maintained neighbourhood and close to all of the theme parks. We loved the resort pool, the screened in room and everything about our stay at Serenity. Thank you so much Sarah and Ken!!

Great place, awesome views. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was like being at home, owners were fantastic, they made sure we felt comfortable, refrigerator had some stock to start our vacation off with. Would recommend this place. Oh yeah, it's close to all attractions.
