Dreams Come True is located in Emerald Island Resort is 3 miles from Walt Disney World. It is a Spacious 7 BR Home with 2 Master Suites, Game room; private Pool & Spa, and on-site parking. It is located in a 24 hours gated community. This Vacation Resort home is everything you're looking for your vacation stay and within a short distance from everything, and lot's amenities.

The space

Huge Orlando vacation rental home has 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Great for a Large Family with up to 14 guests! There are two King Master Suites, one on each floor.

The master bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower and a separate garden tub.

Bedroom 3 & 4 King beds and

Bedroom 5 One Queen bed.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 have a set of Twin beds.

Each bedroom will have a TV! The family room features leather sofas, a widescreen plasma TV, DVD player, and a view of the pool area, perfect for relaxing when home from the Orlando, Florida attractions. There is additional sofa seating in the front living room for entertaining. There is plenty of seating for meals in the dining room, eat in the kitchen, and patio table and chairs. There is tile flooring throughout the common areas. The open, spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals at home. This home has a private, screened-in pool and heated spa with a covered lanai to escape the sun's rays and loungers for sunbathing along with a Gas Bar B Q Grill (Guest responsible for tank). The game room features a Ping Pong table, a Foosball Game table, and a TV. There are additional resort amenities that are included with your stay!!!

A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc, central air and heat, bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, full-size washer and dryer, hairdryers in each bathroom, pack n play portable crib, highchair, high-speed internet with wireless capability, iron, ironing board, and telephone service. All luxury private pool homes will have child safety alarms on all doors leading to the pool area!

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 61 days prior to their arrival will lose their deposit. If cancel 45 days prior to arrival, they will lose 50% of the payment. If cancel 30 days prior to their arrival. The full amount of the rental is non-refundable. No refunds for early departure or no-shows. Payment Methods: For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, We also accept electronic payments using Venmo & Zelle Sorry No Cash. Security or Damage Deposit There is a $79 non-refundable damage waiver fee that covers any damage up to $500. Guest will be required to cover any damage in excess of $500.

Stayed in June

We never did get to view the community amenities but it all looked exactly as pictured

The house is very close to many theme parks and was definitely big enough for my group of 11. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but my family is used to having the ac super cold and it was never really got cold. Upstairs the floor creeks a lot which my family mentioned but nothing that affected our stay. We never did get to view the community amenities but it all looked exactly as pictured.
