Why this property? We chose this property because of the open concept spaciousness and the huge outdoor entertainment space. The outdoor space is totally screened, has heated pool, sitting area with large screen TV, outdoor dining area, and views over the Bay. The area of the outdoor entertaining is approx 900 sq ft.
