Beach Themed House Centrally Located to Beach

We were the first guests to stay in this house; four co-workers down for work for three weeks. Upon check-in, the house seemed very quant and perfect for what we needed for our time down in Deerfield Beach. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, more than enough towels for everyone, brand new kitchen appliances, heated pool, working grille with a tank full of propane, beyond comfy blue suede recliner chair and DirectTV in each bedroom. I appreciated that Gino was there in person for check-in. It made me more comfortable with the house and was able to get a full run-down of the property from him not via the phone or email. The house at that time was not complete, as there was some landscaping of the pool area that still needed to be finished, but was told it would be done by Tuesday the latest (I had checked in on Saturday afternoon). Didn’t seem like too much a problem, as we’d be gone for almost the entire day Sunday-Tuesday for work. But fast forward two weeks later, there were still landscapers, pool guys, sprinkler guys all still randomly showing up to work at the house. Even on weekend mornings. So needless to say it was a little uncomfortable to come home for lunch, or after a long workday to find random strangers parked in the driveway and working at the house with no notice. Or waking us up on a Saturday morning when all we want to do is relax and sleep in. Especially after being told upfront that it should have only been for the first two days we were there. On a positive note though, Gino only lives 15 minutes from the rental property and was very accessible and helpful when there was any issue. With that all being said, the house itself is a great little space with good amenities and is within both driving and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. As we were the first to stay here, it is expected to have kinks. We’d hoped not so many, but nonetheless, we took it with stride. Once the property is fully finished it will be a wonderful spot for a friends’ weekend trip or a family vacation.

House looked like it had not been rented. All the appliances looked new. The outside area was nice. It needed a deep cleaning like floors and cobwebs. It was fine for our purpose. I would rent again.
